Community Sound Bath

Sound Baths are an immersive sound experience using crystal quartz singing bowls where the body feels surrounded and bathed in the strong, pulsating energy of sound vibrations. Quartz crystal has a very precise crystalline structure. Since its structure is so coherent, it can produce powerful vibrations that amplify healing energy for the recipient.

The bowls produce highly resonant pitches that have frequencies that correspond with the seven energy centers of the body. Each pitch activates the corresponding energy center, or chakra, and helps to open the energy center, promoting a healthy flow of energy.
